How do I book an appointment?

Do you accept cashless insurance?
Yes, we are tied up with all major TPA and insurance providers. Our insurance desk is open Monday to Saturday and can help you with pre-authorisation and claim processing.
Is parking available at the hospital?
Yes, free parking is available on the hospital premises for patients and visitors. Valet parking is also available on request at the main entrance.
What should I bring for my first visit?
Please bring a valid photo ID, any previous medical records or prescriptions, your insurance card (if applicable), and a list of current medications. Arriving 15 minutes early helps us register you quickly.
Are visiting hours flexible for ICU patients?
ICU visiting is restricted to designated times to ensure patient safety and rest. The general ward visiting hours are 8–10 AM and 5–7 PM. Immediate family may request extended access through the nursing station.
Do you offer telemedicine or phone consultations?
Yes, we offer phone and video consultations for follow-up appointments and second opinions. Please call our booking desk to schedule a telemedicine session with your preferred specialist.
